Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was able to get a referral from a professor at my university. It was a 2 on 1 with a venture associate and fund manager where I was asked a variety of non-technical questions, including "why Cap Factory", "why VC", "favorite industry", "what do you want to do in the future." At the end, they asked me what group I wanted to be placed in.
