Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My process began with an HR screen, then another phone interview with an analyst. We discussed my background, a little bit of technical and background on the industry. Very positive and simple first interview. I then had another interview with the MD, where I was asked similar questions, and to pitch a stock. Then, I went in and interviewed with the same analyst, the MD, and another junior. All in all a very simple process, that was more oriented towards my knowledge of the industry and my background, as opposed to fit. After the interviews, I had a phone in behavioral interview with a fourth analyst.
