Trading Assistant

After applying, the HR in New York has reached out to me with a 30 min phone interview regarding why trading and why capital one. Two weeks later, I was scheduled another 30 min phone interview with the Head of Trading. Another week later, HR reached out and I've been told that I was invited to the New Orleans office for a superday interview. They paid for the hotel, airline ticket, and other expenses (food, transportation, checked baggage). The superday consists of six 30-min interviews with three traders, an ops associate, Head of Trading, Sales, Research, and finally a behavioral interview with an internal management consultant (video interview).
