Business Analyst (ADP)

I applied online. Got sent a skills/personality test - 24 hours to complete, only took a few hours, some tricky questions but not too hard. Then a basic case study where you interpret data on excel. Moved on after passing that. Superday with 3 interviews back to back hour long. 2 case studies, and a third in which you do some brainstorming of ways to improve your favorite digital product. I didn't pass this round, I would suggest you practice as much as you can.
