Commercial Banking Internship

Applied for role immediately upon opening in early August. Immediately received an invitation to take the C1 VJT (Virtual Job Tryout), which consists of workplace habit questions. At the end of August, I received an invitation to do a casing interview (60 minutes long). The recruiter for commercial banking provided me with a link to schedule an interview a week out. There were few times available but they are flexible if none work. After the case study I immediately received notice that I was continuing to the Powerday, which was 3 interviews over a 3 hour period (explained very well on the C1 website). Afterwards I waited 3 days and got an offer.
