The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Emailed a MD and then was passed off to an intern that is in charge of hiring future interns. First talked abut background and then moved on to technical questions. These consisted of quite a few DCF questions.
Interview Questions
I was surprised about how in-depth the questions were for a fall internship. Some of the questions that stuck out to me were: Provide the formula for WACC. Provide the formula for calculating Terminal Value. Walk me through a DCF. None of the questions were extremely difficult but you just need to make sure that you read the M&I Guide, especially the DCF section. If you are well prepared on this section, you should be good to go. Also be able to explain exactly what WACC is and why this is an important metric that is used.
