Capri Capital Partners is a Real Estate Private Equity firm located in the Hancock Building in Chicago, Illinois. Capri's primary focus is large multifamily developments in major MSA's across the United States, but they also have experience in other real estate asset classes. Most notably they purchased and rehabilitated a huge mall in south central LA. The most recent financial downturn hit Capri harder than most as they had been increasing their acquisitions prior to the downturn. Capri's primary source of capital is large pension companies. Capri has begun to lay the ground work to expand overseas to India and Africa.
