Capstone Infrastructure

Capstone Infrastructure Corporation was formerly Macquarie Power and Infrastructure Corporation, which succeeded Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Corporation following our corporate conversion on January 1, 2011. We publicly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in April 2004, where our common shares now trade under the symbol CSE. Our convertible debentures trade under the symbol CSE.DB.A and our preferred shares trade under the symbol CSE.PR.A.
