Interview
The interview process was quite fast and straightforward. The team was very kind throughout and responded quickly to my emails, which made the overall experience feel professional and positive.

The interview itself was a mix of behavioral and technical investment banking questions. While some standard accounting topics came up, the focus was more on valuation, multiples, and conceptual understanding. For example, one of the questions was about why Warren Buffett prefers EV over EBITDA. So you should definitely be prepared to go a bit deeper into the logic behind key metrics.

The conversation was pleasant and felt more like a two-way exchange. I was also given plenty of time to ask questions about the firm, the culture, and how the team operates. They were very open and transparent, which made a strong impression.
