Skills Test

Interview

First met with HR (one hour interview). Mostly a conversation to get to know me.
Then met twice my the manager of the team for skill tests and more interview questions. Each were about an hour and a half. I was asked about the company's performance and history (when was it founded, by who...). The test were in line with the job description (prepare a marketing presentation, sum up a long manager comment into a few sentences...).

Interview Questions

For the first HR interview, usual questions about me, my goals...I was also asked about my knowledge in the company.
For the second round add to prepare a presentation and write technical comments within a certain time frame.
