Research Associate

It was a fast but intense process. Met with a few members of the team I was interviewing for as well as all of the partners. The first step was a phone call with the HR girl. Then there were 2-3 other rounds that consisted mainly of experience and background based questions. Involved a few questions regarding the market as well as two brain teasers. Most of the interviews were one on one but there was a group interview and presentation that I had to give. Mostly based on what I believe the business is, selling myself and talking about the company.
