Investment Banking Associate

Met with a Managing Director for breakfast and talked about the position and industry. Went through my resume and work experience and what I wanted to achieve in my career and why I wanted to move into investment banking.

Then met with the founder a few days later in his office. Interview was laid back and the same as the previous one.

The people were laid-back and friendly. The work culture in the NC office also was laid-back.
