Easiest to receive an interview via personal connections. They do also use limited campus recruiting and online postings.
The process consisted of multiple phone screens including basic technical questions and cultural fit questions. Should be between 2-4 phone screens with one in-person superday. They will likely take you out to lunch and dinner to get an idea of how you conduct yourself in social setting.
Be sure to know why Seattle and why Cascadia. They are only interested in competent candidates who have a strong desire to work for the firm.
