Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I sent out a cold email to one of the MDs and received an invite for a zoom meeting with one of the MDS. It was a one on one interview with one of the MDs at the firm. There were no technical questions. All I was asked was my background and what I like to do in my free time. I was a bit disappointed as I prepped technicals just to be asked these types of questions.
