Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began networking with a company rep at the campus career fair. Interviewed on campus and then at their super day at the HQ in Nashville. The super day was 2 days - an evening laid back event followed by 3 interviews with SVP or similar level employees. Interviews were behavioral/fit. Overall the process was not too intensive. No technical questions. Just have your go-to behavioral answers crisp and ready to go. Most of the interviewers had been with the company for some time so you can ask about the growth of the co., what has changed, direction co. is headed in. As with any interview, say that you are 100% willing to travel/relocate. It's part of the job so if you don't want to possibly relocate don't waste your time.
