Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Asked very simple and straightforward questions about why I was interested in investing and general knowledge about the markets. Strong understanding of recent news was key. Asked about articles in WSJ, NYT and Barrons. Also, did a personality check to make sure I would fit in with culture. Very small office with less than 20 employees so fit is very important. I found out a few days later that I received the offer. Don't think there were too many other applicants so it wasn't a very rigorous interview process.
