Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very social interviewer. We had a great conversation initially. Discussed my resume as well as any previous experiences that I had in finance. Overall, the interview was extremely technical. He asked about the three financial statements in depth, what happens to different line items within an LBO, asked about DCF inside and out. Threw in a few brain teasers at the end to really gauge how you think.
