Investment Banking Summer Analyst

First-round was two 30 minute interviews. Both were with analysts. One interview was behavioral and very casual while the second interview was all technicals and asked valuation questions including dilution and accretion questions. I was asked accounting questions and a short LBO question after being given data about a hypothetical company. Superday was very behavioral and a bunch of fit questions were asked. Three behavioral portions and one technical. A founding partner gave a brief speech to the superday participants before the interview.
