Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 on 1 interview. Entire half hour long interview was one long accretion dilution question. Very smart and very intense. They make it clear they are not looking for 2 and out type of guys. They want people who want to be career bankers, and who are really interested in banking. 5-6 year generalist program.
