Summer Analyst

On campus recruiting from a target: 1st round then superday a few weeks later. There was a dinner the night before the superday at a restaurant here in the city. It was nice, we met many analysts and fellow interviewees.

The interview was split into multiple parts, ranging from personality, brain teasers, technicals, work ethic, and fit. I enjoyed it, met with analysts, associates, VPs, partners, and MDs (1-2 interviewers in each station).

Great firm with sharp individuals. I had already received an offer from a top BB so when they asked me if I would take the offer I was honest and said I would think about it. My buddy received an offer who hadn't received offers from the BBs I had, he told me that when he was asked that question he overwhelmingly confirmed (standard interview prep).
