First round interview over zoom - was with 2 analysts. Questions included basic behaviorals and then some technicals. Technicals were increasing in difficulty as you got them right, from walk me through a DCF, explain the EV formula and then discussing a company and what components would go into calculating its WACC. Final question was a merger model question with numbers and asking if the transaction first with debt, then in the case of stock would be accretive/dilutive. Overall a pleasant experience if you are well prepared to talk about how things work beyond a superficial level.
