Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through campus recruiting. First the came out for a presentation then again for interviews a few months later. Interviewers were some of the nicest and most intellectual people I met while recruiting. They really cared about much more than how well you knew your technicals and basic interview questions that everyone has down pat. With that being said, you will not get a job here without knowing your technicals and not just through memorizing the guides. They went through a whole accretion/dilution model, which is probably where I lost them considering I had never done one before.
