What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round interview with Dartmouth partners over phone - basic why finance etc.
2nd round face-to-face with Dartmouth partners, 2 parts, first half motivational, second half technical with abstract maths questions. Given 10 minute maths test to do before interview started.
3rd round Assessment Centre - 25 min maths test, followed by 5 x 30 min back-to-back interviews, 2 x motivational / fit, 2 x technical, 1 x problem solving.
Really good culture, extremely intelligent people, positive experience.
