Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview was an on-campus one on one behavioral interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Format was "walk me through your resume." Second round interview was conducted in the office and included two more behavioral interviews, one with each of two interviewing practices, as well as dinner the night before and lunch the day of with junior staff members. Second round interview also included a case interview, which was based on a sample litigation. Questions were focused on thought process in approaching the case, including potential damages theories and data sources / work steps required.
