Reached out via online application by sending CV and cover letter. In about 1 month I got a reply
The interview was divided into a group 1st round and a 1 on 1 2nd round.
1st round - group interview:
We were split into groups of 6 and had rotations of 4 VPs or Associate Consultants come in and give us various tasks and activities. These ranged from group brain teasers to group cases or individual cases where we compared our answers to what others had in the group.
2nd round - 1 on 1:
I had 3 30 minute rounds with various people consisting of two cases and one fit interview. The cases were usual consulting cases and the fit was walking the interviewer through my CV.
