First, the company will give you a phone interview, some behavial questions and basic financial concepts.
Second round is final round onsite. Three 1 on 1 interviews by 3 people from different groups.
Interview Questions
When on the phone, first the behavial, why CRD, why your major. Then he'll ask some questions about duration and convexity. Another question is how will you explain options, no matter call option or put option to someone who are not in finance field. When onsite, one of the question is how will you debug a code. Another question is a stock allocation problem. Like if you have 100,000 stocks and different clients come to ask for the stocks, how'll you allocate the stocks to them. Every client may have different request on number of stock.
