Interview
Applied online, in about a month I received an email with available dates and times for a first round phone interview. I had an initial screening phone call with basic questions such as "Why do you want to work here?", "What do you know about CS?". The second round interview was about a month later and consisted entirely of fit based questions. About 2-3 weeks after that I received an offer.
Interview Questions

Interview Questions
Why Schwab- Know their purpose and goals and tie your answers around that. Tell me about yourself- pretty easy to explain. Why Fixed income? Know a lot about it because they will ask some foundational questions on it. Walk me through your resume. Tell me your academic course load, favorite class/least favorite. They will talk about what they took. Ask questions on the process for interns, where you want to be located. How do you feel about working alone/in groups? Overall its a lot more behavioral based than anything.

Phone Interview
Interview
I was referred to the recruiter at Charles Schwab and then had a phone screening scheduled. The recruiter had to change the screening date once but it was no problem for me. It was a very standard fit interview by the recruiter. She said I'd hear back in several weeks. Three weeks later I got a phone call as well as email notifying me that I was not selected to move forward.
Interview Questions
there really isn't any since it's done by the recruiter, not anybody on the team. So it was predominant behavioral. The recruiter wasn't energetic or excited.
There was not an unexpected question during the phone screening. Since the recruiter didn't have my GPA or anything, it was all fit.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. Had a phone screen and the recruiter told me that the hiring manager's office will contact me for an in person interview. In person interview was easy. Met with option hiring managers separately. No technicals as it was investor relations. But the senior pv did ask me how to value a firm and what those formulas were. I talked about capm and Wacc.

Entirely fit
Interview Questions
Most unexpected question was actually none! Did not even ask behavioral questions. Was entirely fit with schwab and why schwab. Just have to know the company history and the company's philosophy which is to create a better future for the average investor. And why Main Street over Wall Street.
