Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screen to start after being connected through a headhunter. Spoke with two deal team members, one largely deal oriented and one mostly technicals. Both very friendly, but technical questions were a step harder than anywhere else I interviewed. Seems like a group of very smart people.
