Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was first contacted through Charles Aris and completed a revenue screen with a recruiter. I was then invited to complete the Caliper test (mix of IQ and more personality/behavioral questions). After that, I was told I had a high score and was being advanced more quickly. I met with 2-3 team members (one senior associate for a more informal conversation and 2 VPs for more case-based/experience-based discussions). I then took a remotely proctored modeling test. It was mostly data analysis/cutting with some basic sensitivity tables. I did not advance past this round.
