The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was referred to the position by a member of the board of an associated venture capital fund and was emailed by an associate. Brought me in, mostly fit and interest questions, received an offer before I made it home.
Interview Questions
There weren't any difficult questions that I encountered, but I did hear of some other summer candidate being asked technical questions and valuation points. The day consisted of 3 interviews, 1 analyst, 1 associate, and 1 director. All of the questions that I received were relatively simple accounting points and the rest was fit. The office was very small so I talked to basically the entire staff before is was through. Nothing unexpected... why investment banking? Why Grand Rapids? why did I attend the school that I did?
