Interview
I applied online through my school's career site, handshake. They are a small firm with high concentrations of workers from a few particular schools so they had established a pipeline at my school. There were 4 total interviews (all virtual through zoom, given Covid-19) organized in 3 "rounds". The first interview was with two analysts, the second was with a VP, the third and fourth were the third "round" with the co-founders of the firm. The focus of every interview was very behavioral and conversational, becoming more and more conversational as I moved higher in the company. I don't think I was asked a single technical question throughout, and mostly spoke on my experiences and skillsets.
