Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was just a get to know you with the recruiter to make sure I was a good fit. 2nd round was with HR with normal behavioral questions and why I was interested in the firm/role. 3rd round was on-site where I met with 2-3 members of the firm asking about my interest in the field, background, and some basic skill questions. A 3.5 round of a zoom for someone who was traveling during the 3rd round. 4th round was a quick interview with a decision maker but there wasn't anything new covered in the interview
