Equity Trader Trainee

I applied via the company's website and received a first-round phone screen a week later. The phone screen simply behavioral based; Why Proprietary Trading? I participated in an additional two interviews via phone, prior to being invited into the office for an in-person interview with two executives of the firm. The in-person interview was very behavioral based, however, I was also asked numerous brain teasers.

I would advise all candidates to practice brain teaser type questions prior to partaking in the in-person interview.
