Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with brief HR phone screening mostly detailing job description with emailed description to follow. followed by one on one interview with mid-level trader that asked the usual stuff and lasted ten minutes. A week later I was contacted to set up the final interview with head trader and partner.
