IBD Intern

i was lucky to have been referred by a md. a week after submitting my cv and cover letter i received an invitation for a first round screen with a hr lady. it was fairly easy just went through my education background and availability. then a couple days i talked to an associate from shanghai who asked me some standard technical questions (dcf/wacc/capm, financial statement) as well as my future plan. Then another interview from an analyst in beijing, very similar experience except he tested my english speaking skills. a couple days later i got the offer.
