Not hard but my response isn't that fluent. The hiring process is better based in SH but since i am in the other city, the recruiter kindly switched the plan. All questions could be found in M&I 400 questions, just didn't prepare well

Walk through the model you made before. Expected very explicit answers and how to count the goodwill in the whole structure . Goodwill questions were asked several times like whether goodwill exists in consolidated financial sheet or other sheet. Why didn't use another sheet to make the calculation.
