First was a phone screen with HR. Typical "walk me through your resume" questions. Also, asked "why trading?"
Second was a phone interview with a particular quant trading desk (treasury spreads).
No fit there, but was recommended by interviewer. So I was put in touch with the main discretionary trading desk.
