Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were two phone interviews on separate days (a fit interview focused on interest in the firm and a basic quant interview focused on industry-specific items). The in-person round consisted of seven 30-minute sessions, each with a different team member and focused on a different topic (quant skills, deal experience, case study, personality and interests, etc). There was also a lunch with two members of the team that seemed to be part of the fit portion.
