2nd stage: interview with head of HR in Singapore
3rd stage: IQ test/numerical/verbal/logical
4th stage: Panel presentation: prepare on an investment banking case study for 48 hours, then present it with PPT in front of 3-5 investment banking senior managers
5th stage: Telephone interview with other investment banking managers at offices outside of Singapore
