Interview Questions
I applied for one thing but was guided to a different type of role based on the needs of the firm. I had to think about the skills and strategies I would bring to this other role, because I knew I would do "everything" being a part of such a firm, and their prestige in the industry would open up a lot of doors so it's where I wanted to be. It was an interesting balance because I also would bring a different perspective to this type of role and I needed to be sure they would be able to accommodate me stylistically.
