Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview - behavioral; in-person tech industry questions, walk through DCF, build a model. Interview in person took about half a day. Met 6 people, sat down with each and talked through why you want the job, what is interesting about technology, walk me through a DCF, be able to do this without a computer and know the steps in calculating WACC and the Cost of Capital. Pretty standard finance questions, more interested in why you are passionate about technology and want to work at Cisco.
