Capital Markets Analyst

Applied to posting on my university's career website. First round 30 minute interview on campus. Invited to superday at NYC office. 5 interviews, 30 min each with one HR interview and four business unit interviews. Standard fit questions with a few technicals tossed in. Did not get an offer. Kept in touch with recruiter over the next few months and he gave me a second shot at a position I was better qualified for. One phone interview, then invited to NYC office again. Interviewed with 4-5 members of the team and received an offer a week later
