Spoke with HR over the phone (all behavioral, asked about group preferences and why I applied) and then with associates over the phone, mainly behavioral, asked standard accounting/finance questions like DCF, walk through financial statements, etc.

Eventually spoke to 2 MD group heads over the phone as well (given that I interviewed during the holiday season), again all behavioral. Was flown out for a final, in-person interview with the above mentioned people. Questions were more fit/personality questions and I had the opportunity to essentially engage in conversation about the group, seeing as I had already spoken with them over the phone before meeting in person.
