What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two rounds of interviews:
1st was on campus through the school career center. Consisted of two 30 minute 1-on-1 interviews. Very casual but they were looking to see mostly if you would be a good fit for CIT and if you are super interested in the position. Only basic technical questions.
2nd interview was a superday hosted at the New York Office. Day consisted of an hour long overview of the company and three 45 minute 1-on-1 interviews. One interview was mostly technical, one really wanted to see if you were fit for commercial banking and leveraged finance and the third interview was with a HR individual who asked basic behavioral questions.
Overall not too difficult of an interview process, had a positive experience while there.
