Investment Banking Analyst

Found out about company through a friend, and applied via cold calling. First round interview was a basic 1 on 1 interview with a representative from human resources. It was purely behavioral, and lasted shorter than I expected it would. However, we seemed to click, and the rep went into "sell mode" and started telling me the benefits of working there. I was then asked which department I wanted to work for at the end of the interview. After a little waiting, I received an email to let me know I've been invited to a super day. The super day was fairly standard and had, I believe, 7 interviews in total. I interviewed with people on all levels, analyst to MD, and had a variety of interviews. Some were 1 on 1, some were 2 on 1. Most of the interviews were behavioral, and two focused on my technical knowledge. Essentially, if you could rock behaviorals, then you'll develop a good rapport with your interviewer. The analyst interviews were probably the hardest, in my opinion, because they "acted" as if they didn't care about you at all. Fired off questioned and mumbled amongst themselves. One of the analysts was even chewing gum. Obviously, this was done to see how you react.
