Standard HF interview for the most part:

Introduced through on of the large recruiters.

1st phone interview with HR (at this point no group had been decided):
- Standard questions: why HF, what has your banking experience been like, why Citadel, also did some screening to see which group I would be interested in and where my skills / experience would best be suited.
- Also had to pitch at least one investment idea

2 additional phone interviews with 2 consumer PMs
- both focused on my experience, why I wanted to work in the industry etc
- Also a big focus on my modeling experience
- One of the two PMs was really interested in my background and how I got to where I was (state school, MM IB but was apparently a pretty good candidate at this point)

In person modeling test
- Given a retail stock to model: pretty standard relative to other modeling tests except they asked for at least 2 yrs of historical quarterly data and 1 yr or quarterly projections.. i ended up doing 3 yrs of historical quarters and 5 yrs quarterly projections so it took much longer than the standard yearly models
- about 3.5 hours, blank excel, no internet, a stack of Qs, Ks, transcripts, etc
