Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first applied through the career services website at my school and was denied an interview. After following up with a trader who graduated from my school, I was able to secure an interview. The first half was a fit interview with the recruiting lady, and the second half was an interview about my interest in trading and markets with an actual trader. He was very friendly, and didn't ask me to answer any brainteasers.
