Had 2 phone screens, then 1 round of onsites, then a second round of onsites.

The 2 phone screens were just leetcode questions.

The 1st onsite was about 4 interviews. No leetcode questions; small technical problems to check how you reason. They also see how you code (check your proficiency with your language of choice). The problems are very open-ended

The 2nd onsite was more about culture fit, and to see if you mesh with your future manager. The interview with the future manager was technical and was very similar to what I had in the first onsite.

Process was pretty quick, but you have to do the onsites in person only. It's hard to prepare for it, I would just make sure that you know the standard library of your programming language of choice well.
The interviewers were all very smart and polite.
