Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Introduced to this opportunity by a recruiter. Definitely a very long process, not in terms of times, but # of rounds. First a phone call with the deputy COO. Then an onsite case study where you are given a dataset to analyze and debrief with the hiring manager. Then a "Superday" where you meet all the team members. When I thought that was the end, I ended up having three more onsite/1x1 interviews with the head and hiring manager. I do think they place a lot of value on your passion for finance and data analysis.
