Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone Interview: Typical technical interview at a hedge fund. He gave a DP question, asked me to implement it, gave me a bit of guidance, and only looked for the correct output of my program. My program worked on the first try. I moved on.
Online Test: 4 questions. All medium. I got first 3 all correct and half correct on the last question. Ironically, the question that I got deducted points for was a question I did before in the past and forgot a major insight.
Onsite: 4 interviews + lunch interview. 1 had a good CS + probability question but was on his phone half the time. 1 interviewer asked a really weird one-liner? The other 2 had their own quirks...
